Samsung is very mean in upgrading components like the RAM. Still they charge a very high price. I used it for nearly a year and had to give it to service 3 times within the warranty period. It constantly kills apps and gets stuck specially while messaging. Samsung is pathetic! I'm sure Samsung will be no where in the market in the coming time. Shame on you Samsung Executive Management Team....You guys should resign immediate.

i already hate this samsung because of this phone! i have disabled all the preintalled apps i could.. i never use fb, i frequently force stop all other apps, yet it still hangs! i will never buy any samsung in my life, i know there must be good samsung models, but i hate it!

True its suck!!! I would say the worst android phone in terms of speed. Im using this for more than 2 years. Used version 8 fb And disable unnecessary app.

Regularly clear the cache and download clean master it will not hang.

I recommend not to buy this phone.Go to buy any other brands at this price they will give great features.
