now press volume up and down while pressing the home key and power button.(this will bring you to the recovery menu)
no clear the cache and if problem persist make a wipe on the system

now here are some remedies for your whining over slowing the system...
SLOW? == Install custom rom
unable to move to sdcard? == root and install the app used in s3 to move to sdcard
slow 1ghz processor? == overclock using bleeding edge oc1 from kyleopen
not enough ram?? == use task killer(even my 5 yr/o brother know what it this)
now here are some tips..
don't use the phone while charging as it will really heat up to 60 degrees
turn off data if not needed as it will eats up the battery
don't turn on auto sync
use battery doctor to block apps autostart

i just brought this phone yesterday....but till this time i am not facing any problem...if really there is any problem relating this phone...then please anyone tell me the way to return it......

ITS REALLY REALLY SLOOOOOWWW...though it got a 1mg CPU and the internal memory is really low 1.8 gigabytes?
even with buying a 16Giga Ram its still slooooow and jams all the time...waste of money
