I am purchasing new mobile phone samsung galaxy s duos s7562 in oct 2014. after 6 months mobile very slow and battery backup is waste. very worst phone. then sometimes suddenly switch off then restart again battery low then switch off. so please do not buy is phone. really true .

Phone is VERY slow.
Battery life is reduced to charging at night to use as alarm in the morning.
Speaker is a little garbled on phone calls - hard to understand some deep voiced people.
Get something else.

I use this phone then i need some solution fromyou guys. i have the problem of communication. I can call everyone but nobody can reach me there is an income call nor income msg. No notification appeares when there is an income call or msg. I need somme suggestion from you guys.

worst mobile ever wi fi not working when contacted dealer/service center told hardware problem. I suggest never purchase it even never purchase samsung brand as they never make possible for updates

THE WORST PHONE EVER. Biggest disgrace to the company. Nothing is good about this device. 7/10 times the phone lags. No words to describe how worse this phone is...
