Samsung was really making good smart phones then....also galaxy s3 was launched at that time....so probably they must have thought why don't mess things up a little...so they must have created galaxy s duos.....and must have hit bottom line that any phone couldn't get more worse....
even for basic use of phone...just calling you may sometimes have to wait for a couple of minutes as it starts very slow and even if you are lucky to open the calling app then the call is not made so you end up getting surprises in this phone.....and if you go a step further for opening whatsapp then atleast 3 times the app does not responds....and if it does then the message never opens.....and guess what is the best part....the phone atleast needs to be stripped to its battery twice in a day.....uploading photos on instagram is a long lost dream on this phone.......
Thank you samsung for letting us know what you are capable of hitting all time low......

very poor phone. poor battery + poor performance = waste of your money. also it is still on the grand old icecream sandwich.

I bought this phone on 3rd December 2012 n the phone successfully completed its two years and still its running smooth like two yrs back... If u r a student then it will be the best phone u can afford wd ur pocket money... A little care required... I m totally satisfied..

I have been using this phone since two years, but now its time to throw away as I am not able to tolerate the fallacies. It was a good phone initially for the price range at that time, and obviously i chose it, but now i know the problems with it..
biggest is poor battery which worn out easily. recently the second sim slot is not working. it is slow and touch screen not good. accessories are worst. replaced them long back. in sunlight u cannot use this phone at all.

I am using this phone since 2013,it hangs frequently..we cant play big game...The phone is too slow..Instead of buying this phone prefer moto g(2nd gen)..
