I have this mob fora week. There is '1' on green phone icon that won't go away. Log history deleted. Switched on and off mob too.Don't like to reset as not to loose data. Any help pl

battery empties very soon without doing anything on the phone....after charging it 100% it reaches to 10 to 20% in jst 4 to 5 hrs,,,dont know what to do,,,pls suggest me any remedy
