Samsung S duos is very slow and hangs most of the time though you keep deleting unwanted Apps and clear RAM on regular basis. From the time I have purchased the phone facing lots of problems like some in-built Apps like Handy etc is not working from day one. I went to Samsung Gallery with Problems and they are also not able to sort the software problems. I am unable to go to the Gallery often and spend 3/4 hours.They are deleting the saved data many times and tell me to report the problem to Samsung assistance over the phone. Is it worth after spending so much money to run after everyone to get the faults rectified. I have lost interest in using my phone as I am getting the Battery problems also for which I have to keep shutting my phone on and Off and keep trying. Will anyone advise how to handle the problems

I'm using this phone and know how to make it run smoother but the only issue I;m facing is that the silver quoting on the boundry is getting removed and it ruin my phone's look
DONOT KNOW HOW TO FIX IT.
it is still under warranty of 9 months

It is not at all a good mobile as it was advertised. Battery life is very poor, often hangs, poor connectivity and often went out of network. In my overall experience, I felt Samsung is always keen in flashing more and more models in the market.They never bothered about the consumer and his/her money involved.

hey guy please dont purchase this mobile phone, when i connect wi5, fully hang the mobile with 15 min, at that any one call my number dont find that persons, this is worthless rs13,000

khushi, 12 Jun 2013Hey dear...will u please hlp me out ....i also lyk this phn n jusst suggest me hw to prevnt it... morehii..u should clear the ram from the task manager n always close the apps when not in use from task manager...n whenever u have to close the apps,use the back button,do not directly use the home button to close the app...n always keep the temperature of battery low...so that phone doesnt hang n one important thing...delete the unwanted apps...n yes u should use a more gb memory card..either use 8gb or 4gb..this will prevent from hanging...n i coudnt understand that u coudnt connect ur calls frequently???plz ellaborate your words so i can help u
