Totally this phone is. Waste its very slow. It's not. Work fast on
Dialing number and typing also don't purchases this phone. It's duel
Call not come at same time it's divert ed to another number only
So my kindlying sujas don't purchase this phone

I love that i can use the Data in SIM 2 and the line in SIM 1 it's very nice
actually i bought this Sat only today by accident it's very nice one
useful and not so expensive 2 camera
all social application you can install and it's working very well
wifi and 3g
for sure it's not my default phone :)
but it's just very nice

Just last week i purchased this handset and it was working fine but from the last few days whenever i try downloading something from google play it shows me an error 923 stating i can not download because of that.please help.

AnonD-92593, 24 Dec 20121 - the dual sim isn't active, so is impossible receive a call in one sim when you are using ... moreU should know how to manage the SIm card and settings.
Once done perfect settings as you need then all be fine.
Keep On dual by enabling sim card service provider and enter the Sim numbers.
Switch Off background processor in the Device provider settings.
Switch Off the GPS/Power saving mode/activities.
Just go deep and explore things in your phone......then only u know ehat are things in your phone.
Enable Voice chat....while speaking itself its written auto...now am doing same for this message.
Njoy things.......really i like my phone.......
Jelly Bean going to release......shortly for this set.
And next phone will be S4....just waiting....

I have purchased SAMSUNG GALAXY GT-S7562. I think this is a problematic one. It cannot transfer the apps to external micro sd card manufacturer is not saying this in any advertisement and delar also not saying this. Agree to there is more space(2GB) in phone memory but after use more then 1GB phone is going to very slow down.For net user this handset is very bad not supporting 3G speed. Very poor to net download.I think do not spent money on this device

Then all your hanging issues will be solved.....

Ashish, 24 Dec 2012Phone get slow after installing few applications.I installed around 52 applications and moved to SD card also......
ofcourse lit bit slow only....coz its 1 Ghz processor...but rest of all is perfect and cooool.
All games good...no hanging too...i have temple run/surf/racing/shooting/bikes/crazy granpa/ride/mountain bike/bubble shhoter/many more too games.....no hanging at all..........
use VLC beta for video player.....
Its really nice phone......worth for money.
few peoples commenting bad on this device......but its not 100%true.....anybody wants dual sim then go for it blindly........
i purchased this mobile after many research/talks/discussion/review etc for about 1 month then at last i purchased this mobile last 2months back......my 2nd Android phone......after Sony xperia S.

Anonymous, 23 Dec 2012Samsung is a big lier the company provide imformation that it has 786mb ram but only 512mb is ... moreIts 768 MB available..........i use all Mb...and done test too. may be your piece has to configure again. do factory reset.

shan, 23 Dec 2012i cant move applications from internal memory to sd card.pls help me!Install Assistant application from app market....its not free.... i done it. its working.....moving to SD card.
Really working good....there are some peoples commenting bad about this device.....but its not true. first us then comment.
Dual sim is working.....first try to change your sim card manager settings and keep ON always the dual mode and enter both the sim numbers....call forwaring enable.
its really nice phone.
