sameeha, 15 Aug 2014I have got a problem with my phone..by mistake it had fallen into the waterKeep your phone in a sack of rice. Rice is the most excellent and easily available natural absorbent. Keep it atleast for a day. Hopefully your phone would be good to use again.

I had this fot 12 months and I think its an okay phone for the price. The phone is pretty slugish, but does get the job done. Make sure you have a microSD card ready internal capacity is low and ram is also insufficient. The touchscreen is not very accurate but it gets the job done. I think this is an average phone, a little slugish but a good price.

That phone is a miserable piece of crap. Its battery hardly lasts a day, it is underpowered and unreliable. Just had to turn it on for the second time today because it shuts itself down spontaneously.
The touch screen is also very bad: sometimes it is activated very easily sometimes it is dead (perhaps because the device itself is underpowered).
Just don't bother buying this crap. I can't understand how a company like Samsung can offer this thing. I would never again buy anything from Samsung.

Really samsung is playing with end users, as you can check with all other vendors are arranging updates for their mobiles.
Samsung is releasing new model instead of releasing update so that mean samsung is always looking for money not for customer satisfaction.
Instead of releasing updates for Galaxy s Duos, Samsung released Galaxy S Duos 2 with just jellybean upgrade nothing more than that compare to earlier model.
What do you think of people? Do you think people are fools. you are always wrong samsung.
Now you will face problems in India. your market in India is already long gone.

sunny, 12 Aug 2014when i make a call there is no display about speaker and to disconnectThat can be caused by a software problem or the screen sensor not working which means your phone will turn off the screen on a call but you wont be able to turn back on till the other person ends the call from his side, you can visit your nearest samsung store or official samsung mobile agent to fix it
