I am planning to buy a mid-range phone...after narrowing my search I have reached to Samsung S Duos OR HTC Desire X.
Now I am confused between these TWO!!!....as both having almost same features......
I am normal phone user ..using phoene for calling,listining music,occassional camera,texting somtimes and that's it......
which one is better for me.....as a mid-range phone user I would like to have a device which will provide me fluent performance in music,apps etc. and best call quality.....I know that Desire X is lagging front-camera...but S Duis is lagging Dual core ....and what about DLNA? S Duos have DLNA feature or NOT?
For the daily use purpose which one is BEST?

Its a amazing phone with very soild features that i have ever seen in a very low price, comparizing with other phone like nokia N8,c6,motorolla,micromax c100 ,sony ericission and others Thangs to samsumg ..................................

rahul, 02 Nov 2012i want 2 perches a dual sim phone ...?which is best ...galaxy s duos or htc desire v....plz he... moregood phone i already shifted ti s duos from htc dzire v .but u cant say that htc is baf . only difference is that front camera and its smart dual sim function if you are talking with one sim then u can get call waiting on another sim.

I read all the negative comments and wanted to avoid this phone.. my budget was 17k so other choices were Sony xperia..loved the music and design, but single sim... HTC V almost had me until I realised it doesnt have front Camera at this price.... so unwillingly brought s duos a week back...
1) power saver mode and task killing to free the ram should be done appropriate ly to avoid negatives..1 ghz processor operates at a lower frequency in power save mode and since its since its having core processor kil tasks to avoid problems like continuous smooth music playback .., processor hungry games..
2) the phone is good im happy for the features at this price....
3) the processor 722a is used in so many mobiles. htc , Sony , lg etc... so it's a veteran processor which have proved its presence .

Im very much interested to buy this phone. How is the battery life?
From reviews, what i understood is, nice design, excellent display, sufficient camera, sufficient processor, reasonable sound.
i can give 8/10.
But pls tel, for normal usage,i.e 50%display, face book online, and daily 1hr calling. for these condition, will the battery comes for 1.5days ?????
Even though it is having 1500. I don't know about battery management. for that only i'm asking?????
But from my point of view, Samsung s dous is better than HTC desire v.

defintely dis phn is not worth ,,no dual core ...a lot of hanging problems ...temple run is not so smooth,,,skype fails totally,,video recording is gud,,but if ur phn hangs it lets u down,,wen i bought dis phn i had problem in dis phn radio as well,,address phn book problem it dint match with my wats app contacts,definetly not likng dis phn..
