hi,
I am using samsung 7562 chinese set since last 1 year. it has some regular problems. it's not a phone to be fully trust on. can't be confident that it will work all the time. Now a days it's going to sleep mode automatically and can't be switched on again. I have to remove the battery and restart the phone again. it happens all the time like around 10-15 times a day. in the night its almost off. I reseted it but could not solve it. and no software service available here for this mobile. how can I solve the problem? Please help me.

All the users who complain battery problem, this is an Android phone folks. The main problem with ALL the SMARTPHONES are that its battery doesn't last for long. If you want to save battery then I recommend u Kill all applications that you aren't going to use. Set CPU app helps in saving some battery too.

Reshma, 04 Jul 2014This phone has memory slot which is useless only internal memory can u used no sd card is usetdThe internal memory of this phone is only 2GB. When we go on installing many apps, it isn't sufficient(especially for high end apps). That is where external SD card comes in handy. You can store all your personal data like songs, photographs, documents etc on external card. An external card is a must for efficient use of the phone.
