while I am google, i found there are many custom roms for 4.4.2 Kitkat, can you please suggest which custom rom is more stable ?

As long as you have an android OS, just google "Huawei E1750 UNLOCKED 3G USB mobile broadband dongle modem stick for Android Tab" or "USB 3G/4G modem" that you can plug into your connector and you're done!
Your tablet becomes then a 3G/4G phone-compliant. Depending on your internet provider (coupled with your SIM card), you'll be able to roam the internet wherever you are.
For more help, just look for "android 3G USB modem" on youtube...
