I... moreWifi is an alternative way of connecting ur tablet to ur home's, university's or office's internet wirelessly. But u need to have access to a wifi network then scan it with ur tablet and get connected usually with the network's password. But then ur 3G won't be used while u r connected via wifi and ur data bundles won't be wasted.

My data connection is on as well as wi-fi, but what is wi-fi? And how does it work? Can't believe this tab takes so many mb's!!

i just bought this device 2 days ago... but it doesn't support adobe flash anymore. this is very sad, because flash was the only reason why i chose this over ipad. does anyone know, what did tab2 substitute for flash player.

It is possible to use wi-.fi while sim is inserted. I'm doing it now:-)

and that it doesn't su... moreyes you can but you need to switch off your mobile data option in settings. your ph calls will work and while using net, it will work on Wifi.
mobile data is the 1st preference and then the wifi, therefore when you have the sim on with the mobile data option on, it will by default take it as primarry connection.

zabtorn, 12 Aug 2012if you are thinking about buying P5100 think twice .. because i bought it and in past 2 days i... moreswitch on wireless lan with sim card inserted, the wireless cant function at all? any methods to recovering it? i am thinking to own a Tab2 10.1 P5100....

The audio quality is so bad with Skype video call.(Not using headset).
Is that the issue of the hardware or just Skype's problem?
