Use Play Store to download and install Samsung updates. Any compatible version will allow you to Install, others will notify you with Not Compatible with this device. If upgrade intalled just reboot and upgrade will be completed.

I have and using Samsung tablet GT-P 5113 Built No JDQ 39.P5113 UEUMK3 purchased
in USA in the year 2013. A very good tab (10.1") worked well and now it is very slow and takes 24 hours to get full charge. I approached local Samsung Service centre and requesTed thisem to upgrade the soft ware from 4.2.2 (Jellybean) to lollipup or atleast to kitkat. BUT they said bluntly and refused stating that it cannot be done as we have no software updation
for jellybean devices. Since I have purchased that tab just 2 years back only but making it as
obsolete with in 3 years is much more cruelty done to customers.I would therefore request you to kindly take my grievance to Samsung and arrange for software updation. Even I am prepared to pay the cost for that...but denying not fair on the part Samsung like big company.

I have my samsung galaxy tab 2 10.1 p5110 that has been updated to android 4.2.2 and it seems a year that it was updatee... and now it lags and sometimes when my files are full it will crash or lag......what should I do..... the new and latest version also of the google apps and services automatically update when I open my playstore and it sucks..... it's to slow ...therotation and speed of this tab....

Problem with the microphone, doesn't work for Skype and stuff, headset is OK after I hold the plug in. But the mic not working is a pain...

Cj, 02 Aug 2015I just want to know, I have the GT-P5110 model and it keeps on freezing when I go to turn the... moreAbout the Freezing issue with power button, sleep mode, it happen to me several times, made severals test even restoring the tablet, but finally found that the problem was th3 microsd that was damaged, corrupted or something could fix the microsd card even i have formatted, try to take out the microsd and you see the problem will stop.
I have to change the microsd to a new one.

I just want to know, I have the GT-P5110 model and it keeps on freezing when I go to turn the machine off. I hit the off button then when it say "Off Button" it freezes

Ive had it almost since it came out and ive loved it through the years, although after 2 years of use ive formatted it a couple of times since it sometimes gets unbareably slow, dissapointed it doesnt have flash, but the camera isnt bad for a 3.15 MGPXLS but still a dissapointing quality, the ram for now-a-days is tiny and wont run the big games of this time. Oh, and add that the multitouch goes only up to 4 fingers at a time. The swipe between homescreens and app screens is glitchy-slow. So much memories wit dis tho *sigh*.

Now the tablet is so slow.
It used to be fine some years ago before the updates.
Maybe the updates are done to push us to buy another one...
But it won't be a Samsung.

Hi my tab used to download music i.e mp3 I them deleted some unused programme but now when I download can't seem to play my music it only stay on download feature.
