My Galaxy S2 model PT3100 tab has multiple problems. Authorized servicing technicians cannot solve. Erratic indication of battery charging/discharging, touch screen not responding some time, does not start frequently even after replacing power switch. Some time, every thing is o. k. Many times repaired? by service person. Problem is the same.

I have had to change the battery twice in 2 years but I have recently found out that the generic chargers that I have been buying has damaged the connection and now the tablet will no longer charge. I need a new tablet

shiza, 26 Aug 2015my battery charge in 10 mnts nd suddenly its battery shows at thw lower what should i doo?it seems that the battery going to expire life... you must change it :-)
in few last days i have the same case, and also in usage.. the battery go empty quickly (max: 60-to-90minuts)
and last week the devise suddenly off in jiffy! i can't on it or charging it :-(
yesterday i change the battery by new one.... it's okey :-)
note: i use this G-TP3100 since 3years

verawaty, 27 Jul 2015can we use usb otg in this tablet Yeah u can easily just go and buy a usb otg cable for it you can also use that otg to connect a game controller to the tablet

SAD, 02 Aug 2015my phone battery does not charge it doesn't on, but i change battery it become start after som... morePlug the cord to your tab first, then connect the USB cable very slowly into the PC/laptop on a gradual pace. The flash sign would appear when the usb cable is almost half inserted. Insert it completely. The tab would charge. This works on my tab. may be can help.

Anonymous, 20 Jul 2015No problem w/ my tab 2 (p3100) since i bought it 2 yrs. ago..but after its recent software upd... moreDrain the battery first. Start charging the phone right from the scratch, ie, from 0% battery. The battery usually tends to drain after updates.

No problem w/ my tab 2 (p3100) since i bought it 2 yrs. ago..but after its recent software update..battery is discharging fast even though tablet is not in use..some games are not working too..help!..
