AnonD-14017, 13 Dec 2012Thanks for responding but i have heard many people say it has very poor battery and hangs a lo... morenet speed depends on ur service provider.and if in 2g i dont think it will be that much speed.but in 3g its working good.and if using 2g then u can use opera browser for getting good speed coz data taken will be less..and browsing over wifi is as good as dsktop no isseus at all.. and youtube app works real good.
u can use normal sim.. not micro sim..about display its nt that much amazing and all..just good enough coz less ppi so at first u will feel like a lil choppy display when browsing.but no issues at all when playng 1080p videos. it looks amazing.

In India, some people are receiving the OTA and others are not. If you are not of the waiting kind, one can always update via kies.

Added advntge over other tabs are this got a sim slot which this can exactly use similar as mobile device nd expandable nemory... Am getting decent battery back upof 2 to 3 days.. Of about 3 hours music and 1 hr gaming, 2 hr browsing, daily.. And also latest jelly bean update increses the performance and improved battery backbup

jus got it abt 4 hours ago. such a beauty! stil in charge. only drawback is the camera,bt evn that is nt a big issue. stil in ics, is ita a gd idea to upgrade?

2)stock browser will open the web pages in desktop mode.
3)Internet speed will depend on your carrier and network type 2g or 3g.(I'M using reliance 2g which is giving 128 to 256 kbps speed(AP CIRCLE)
4)samsung has started jellybean update in india
5)I bought my tablet from FLIPKART for 19300(tab2+free< 8gb memory card+samsung bluetooth headset>). Today the price is 19000 for tab2+freegifts includes 8gb memory card, bluetooth headset, 600 worth flipkart gift voucher....
6)you can make phone calls using 2g or 3g sim.
7)i'm not faced any lagging or hanging issues.
8)SIMPLY Superb tablet go for it without any doubt.

1) Samsung Galaxy Tab 2.
2) Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus
3) Google Nexus 7. Wifi only and no voice call.
If you need voice call the 7.0 Plus is the better tab. Hope it helps.

just done with updating to jelly bean its been lovely experience till now .updated through samsung kies update is around 900 MB

any problems with JB..my device got updated today OTA.
but after update voice over is activated and am not possible to disable it..i mean voice command is activated all the time. in start page and when tabing thru menu....please help me how to disable it.
