Cmon..its been more than 2 week Tab 2 7.0 P3110 wifi version received update for jelly bean......when it be releasing for Tab 2 7.0 P3100 3G version.....checking daily for it.....

sanjay, 09 Dec 2012galaxy tab2 music poor ya good It has a Wolfson WM1811 DAC. Sound is pretty good. About as good as the Galaxy S. Better than the Galaxy S2.

it does not support tv out at all neither by rca cable nor by hdmi dock which is used for tab 7 plus (p6200)

GooNex7, 09 Dec 2012Hello Art. Good to see you are enjoying JB4.1.1. You should also update 4.1.2 if possible. But... moreok thanks! 4.2.1? i think there is no official firmware available yet for tab2 p3100. CM10 i think is 4.2.1, and its custom rom.

You should also update 4.1.2 if possible. But avoid 4.2 because it is not stable. The best one is 4.2.1 which I am using right now. BTW my tablet is the GN7. My two cent thought. Cheers.

Does the JB update of the Tab 2 have the Music square feature?

great experience with JellyBean 4.1 official rom.
Battery lifes improved, camera clarity now improved, same with camera video.
less lag, no hangups.

rayaj, 08 Dec 2012it is good to use tab 2? convenient to use ba? tnx pls do reply because im still confused If you do not mind for a little bigger size you should go for Galaxy Tab 7.7.
It has higher specs and basically is better off. Price should not differs much.
With latest official ICS firmware release hence it is pretty much up to date.

The rest of the ram memory remains reserved for the os.. I mean for Android itself..
Ur application and general purpose ram allowance remains the same u said.. Something about 697 mb..

Been using this device for approximately 6 months,the best tab for me so far,daily calls,messaging,surfing and most importantly excellent battery life,just awesome and would recommend it to others..
