Abhi, 28 Nov 2012When I bought this phone, I saw the configurations and it stated that this tab has 16GB of int... moreno one cheated on u, but it seems that u r not familiar with electric stuffs, especially tablets and phones.
If u buy 500gigs external hard disk u will find only 465 gigs of available space.
The same in the tablet from 16gigs may be 14 available, android os and installed apps will take more space and will leave u with 11gigs space.
you can always add sd card up to 32gigs of space.
regarding the ram it is 1 gigabyte android os will take some of it an will leave about 600mb which is more than enough for most of the apps.
i don't know what is wrong with your tablet's battery, the tab2 can run movies for 7hours and 30 minutes without charging(ics os)

The operating system needs some space on the drive to operate the phone. And i order to run the system, it also requires some RAM.
So the Additional RAM and the Internal Memory is showing low due to these.
It should not be much of a problem. The RAM will be increased to around 790 MB once you upgrade to Jelly Bean, at least according to some posts in the forum.
However, the Battery thing is really unusual. No one on the Forum has faced such a problem. Try to look at the background running applications that might be using the battery.
