I have used this tab as wifi tether along with windows 8 laptop; my sim supports hsdpa+ version 9;and the speed is nearer to 500 Kbps;
browsing is smooth

Yes the battery is replaceable , but you can go to Authorized service centers...

It depends on what gadget you're trying to videocall with. If their gadget could do videocall, then you are able to have a videocall with them.

The galaxy tab 3100 says it has video calling facility but i have tried with and without the 3g network on but still i am not anle to make video call , is it necessary to have third party apps such as skype to make a video call and if so then what is the use of the so called video calling feature on the tab, i swiched on the 3g data on both the phones including my tab 2 7.0 but i was not able to make it, i have airtel india 3g connection which is hsdpa+.

1.Good on launching apps
2.Fast
3.Much better than IPAD MINI..
4.Can Play Videos (Any Format)
5.User Friendly Tab
6.Easy to Transfer File from PC/Laptop
7.Good For ME.. :)
Negative:
1.Camera (Noisy Quality of Image)
2.Short Battery Life in 3g (maximum of 1.5days) (standby + Texting + Calling)
Short Battery Life in Wifi (maximum of 7hrs)
Good For casual use..
Not for Extreme Beings!.. :)
