i'm using tab 2 sim 16gb version for about 10 months. it plays full hd 1080p videos and also many format of audio files. back camera is good in day but bad at night/low light (no flash), front is average. sound is loud and clear. built quality is very good. charging slot is the biggest con cause all cable get broken within 4-5 months, they should make it microusb. also no laptop charging. android version only 4.1 in india. they should launch 4.2 in india too. performance is smooth, fast and no lagging. games like ironman 3, galaxy on fire 2 hd works without any lags. install many apps (more than 90) and games (more than 70) but still very smooth and no lags. but cant move apps to sd card. display is clear and colours are very good. battery last 1 day with 5hours of 2d gaming and 2½ hours of browsing and downloading. i think that good enough. you can also connect keyboard or mouse, works good.

2-price (rs15500 when i brought for 16gb)
3-clear display
4-awesome performance (for a dual core and 1gb ram device)
5-big battery
cons.
1-charging slot shuold be microusb.
2-no usb charging
3-no apps to sd move option
4- android 4.1 (in india)
5-no flash
6-sometimes its heated up
its still the best tab in rs15000 if you have no issues with android 4.1 and charging slot. i love my tab. but waiting for xolo tegra note lte version that might comes in april 2014, cause it has stylus and microusb slot.

I got some updates and updated the firewall...but still its showing 4.1.2 only .previously also it was showing the same 4.1.2

The new update is not 4.2..it gives you Google drive & Google play app and size of the Notification panel is increased. The device more faster than before.

Hello, can I play high intense graphicaly game in this tab, like modern combat 4, asphalt 8 etc.? Does this tab hangs or lags if you will use it?

Anonymous, 16 Feb 2014Can somebody tell me when will android 4.2.2 update come to India ?India will not get Android 4.2.2 update for galaxy tab 2 P3100. 4.1.2 was the last update. Samsung is not going to update it further.

TAB-2 Charger system is totally useless and un acceptable should be micro usb charger. due to this reason iam sold out my TAB-2
