After using 1.5 year I'm experience battery issue, too quake drain even nothing is running, in flight mode, waiting for kitkat see will have improvement or not.

i purchased my samsung tab GT p 3100 in themonth of June 2013.I am not a regular user of it.But today when i was using it it got stuck andi could nt even power it off.Now i find it not working at all...and it seems to be dead.
What can i do?
I purchased it from Qatar and currently i am in Jakarta.
