Hi my GTP3100 went off in the middle of an application. after that it is not switching on. can anyone help me regarding this? For other mobiles if we remove the battery and switch it on it will work. but what can be done for a tab?

they should not have specified as 8GB whereas about half of it is for ROM! and you can only have about 4.49GB accessible storage on your device...
8/16/32GB internal that is as a whole storage though less nearly 4GB OS and pre-installed apps...

In Nigeria I have used this tab for almost a year now but no jelly bean update is available, why? It is still running 4.0.4 icecream. Now 4.2.2 is out and mine has not even received 4.1.2 yet. Samsung updates seems to b very slow for Nigeria. The tab is superp in performance but update is not available, why?
