After using it for 2 and 1/2 year it suddenly off and after that that it's not working..showed it service center they are saying that it's parts are not available anymore as company has stopped manufacturing it..

while watching movie it got hanged. Then i tried to restart the tab but now nothing is visible on screen its total blank. Im not able to reatart it or switch off. when i try to increase the volume its vibrates. What is the problem..?? please reply...

marie, 13 Apr 2016what software do i use to put this on my laptop to download pictures thanksYou don't need any software to copy anything from the device, just plug it to your usb port on your laptop/PC.. wait for it recognize as a MTP device... than you are ready to do your copy

just destroyed the 2.7 7.0 tab......overheating ,went from 100% charge to 17% in less than 5 minutes, couldn't remove the back to remove the battery, had to destroy it to remove battery and prevent it from exploding!!!!!!! WTF? crap!!!!!!
