My tab 3 I bought in 2014 and and didn't use it after 2017. yesterday I plugged and it charged and works very smooth and nice. So its oldie goldie xD
Your os is bricked mainly because of malware that you maybe downloaded.. You have to reflash or reinstall the os in that tablet
