BillionColt677, 29 May 2022Exactly how do I upgrade this thing after 8 year of it being with me.Sorry theres no oficial update for this product. The only official update for the GT4 is the 5.0.5 Lollipop. Rather than that is only custom firmware, but always has some issues somewhere

Yes, things get old too, and they get slower with newer versions of apps demanding more that old hardware can't delivery.

This tablet can be upgraded to Android 5.0.2 Lollipop officially, so please add this to your specsheet.

Wale, 26 Feb 2021my tab is just restarting and restarting after a few minutes, i dont know why, someone to help Free up space up to 3 gb and uninstal the apps that taking more than 700 mb of ram and if you give auto restart in settings kindly turn off don't charge up to 90 try to keep your apps in factory verso so space will be clear and your tab goes smoothly free up your ram and space don't overheat your tab you can turn off smart stay ,location screen rotation if still problem take your important files in pendrive and whassapp click back up if you storing your items in account don't worry you put same account and same password and give factory reset all will fine try this best of luck

I was surprised to find I've had my tablet for 6 years. Battery now a bit iffy. The only reason I was thinking about a replacement was it seems to be having space problems.
