Does anyone have the same problem? My Google Play Movies and TV app was working fine until suddenly all the movies i downloaded for offline watching cannot be opened or viewed for more than 15seconds. The app then freezes and shuts down the tablet. I've tried uninstalling and re installing app. As well as upgrading the software but its still doing the same thing. VLC and Chrome store does not support this tablet for me to play movies via alternative apps.
Please help. Have i contracted a virus and I need to re wipe the system?

Does this tablet support a mhl adaptor to stream on a tv? I've read that not all models support this function.

Jim C, 19 Nov 2015I lost a file. I don't know what directory it is in. how do I find it?1. Download ES File Explorer from the Playstore.
2. Then, open the program.
3. Follow the tutorial prompts to the program.
4. Look for the "Search" icon on the bottom of the Main Screen of ES File Manager.
5. Type the name of the file into the Search Box and press Enter.
6. If you have an External SD Card in the Tablet, make sure you have the correct memory selected by pressing Windows (bottom right)>extSdCard>search icon
