There's a good chance recent slates like its Note Pro and Tab S ranges and even the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 will get Android Lollipop, but anything older or low end is probably not going to happen.

this tab is too heavy just one drop and it would be broken, tab 3 is lighter and easy to hold

Connection low signal may due to your service provider, call them and check.
I think SNote only available for Note series. I would suggest you to install Evernote or Google Keep according to your desire.

BUTTTT - i have the SNAP 400 version, so maybe not really work in the CPU in specifications...
