Most probably is a hardware problem and they need to change something... The online shop from where I bought the Tablet already confirmed that is broken and sent it to be repaired...

- WiFi stop working on my device after 1 month and half. Sent it to service. It seems that "Samsung quality" is not available for low-end Samsung devices.

It's great, good speed, picture quality is awesome.
but it could be better in various point like lack led light in touch pad, OTG cable is not supported in Samsung tablet 4 7".
#BIGGEST LACK- WHATSAPP messenger is not compatible in this MODEL.
and Rear camera could have been better at least 5mp with flash,secondary camera about is 1.3 and it's fine I quality.
and has a infrared port which is not useful in anyway.
can added Sim card,which is not there.

Just got this tab a week ago and the volume of the music via earphones cant be heard well. The volume is already on max and its still like a whisper.

It is a good tab, good battery back up , in low brightness .good sreen quality and very fast in net use, the camera is 3 mega pixel but in photos have 5mega pix quality, sound quality is very good when use duvet bass ear phons.In this price it is better selection to by a Samsung brand tab.
