you can have whatsapp also on tablets ( without root ), just go to whatsapp.com/download and get the whatsapp.apk. You need to have a number in a phone where u can get the verification code from whatsapp. Install the whatsapp apk on the tablet, wait 5 min till the process will be complete, and then type manually the code you get on the phone, and...that's it.

Got my one today tab 4 7.0 LTE, I put my telephone sim card inside, make some phone calls, video phone calls (they are expensive but I just tried to see if it working) , download a lot of stuff from play store, Viber works fine, but there is no WhatsApp for this, overall it is a good tablet, depending on what you are looking for,camera it poor but I knowe that, if you ar on pay monthly plan I heard from some people, they may block your number after few months, depending how much data you use, I'm on pay as you go,so I will see... I'm a average user and for me it perfect, I just miss the NFC function from my phone, OK I hope that I help someone....

Gents, I got this SAMSUNG GALAXY TAB 4 7.0 and After opening some apps it just freezes and restarts.this is a circle excepts you have to close some apps. Please Can anyone advise on action to take to stop the hanging effects. it is driving me crazy.

I got scratches on back camera of tab, as i was using it without cover. So camera quality is getting bad. Any suggestions?

I got this tablet yesterday and very happy with it! I got the white version and i find it beautiful, very elegant and classy especially when you consider the low price of it. The tablet is fast enough for browsing and YouTube and also the screen has a very good quality. Battery life is amazing!! 12% per hour goes off with on screen (internet youtube). I also like how Samsung managed to make the side bezels so small. If you are thinking to buy this tab, just do it and you will not regret it!
