I bought Tab4 t231 just before one week and it is a awesome device.. But am little sad because external keyboard is not working through otg. . I wanted to play GTA Vice city n I can't enter cheat codes.. Does bluetooth keyboard works with this device? If yes please suggest me some brands.. Thanks. .

Anonymous, 20 Aug 2015Can I use this tab as a phone Yes, you can. It functions just fine as a phone, although it is a little large to hold up to your ear. I pair mine with a Bluetooth headset and it works great.

I'm very satisfied with this tablet after using it for a couple of month as a secondary phone. Provided u have a main flagship device, this product will be a good additional to your daily usage. I'll list my opinions as follow:
Pros:
Large screen 7" (If using as a phone, this would provide comfortable reading while you're on the go, definitely better than a Galaxy Note and such)
Good color and view angle (When compare with other brand, the screen really shine. Just got to witness it with your own eyes though, not through video reviews. You shouldn't go by resolution as more pixel doesn't always translate to better viewing experience)
Compact size (Good screen to body ratio, I could fit it into some of my pants pocket or my car dash. From what i have found, this is almost the smallest form of all 7 inch tablets out there. Losing only maybe to the Huawei Media Pad X1 which is double the price)
Price point (At the point of this writing, you should be getting a pretty good deal at your local. Don't go for the Tab 3 for slightly lower price though, it's really not worth it)
Phone callability (This is probably one of the least awkward tablet to put in you ear as a phone, but if you find having to use it to make calls everyday, you are better off with a phone though)
Battery life (4,000 mah with a low resolution screen, no LTE, meaning this device should last you more than a day or so. Plus bonus is if u have it as a secondary device where you do stuff on, your main phone will get longer standby time due to its not getting use as often.
Cons:
Camera is really disappointing (Without the auto focus, meaning u will always take blurry picture. Can't believe Samsung would do such a thing on a 2014 product. I didn't really mind the low resolution pictures though)
Processing power (On normal usage, home screen, web serving, social medias, it performs pretty decent, but do not take it for 3D gaming. If you need to do heavy graphic gaming, please skip this device)
Chrome edges (I'm not a big fan of chrome on my device. My past experience have always been it peeling off earlier than it should. Plus it make the product looks cheap. If somebody from Samsung actually read this, please understand my view: [Chrome on metal = ok] [Chrome on plastic = not ok]
Just to wrap up. If your looking for secondary device to carry around, wanting a larger screen than a phone could provide, don't play much gaming and have your main device to take all the pictures do most of the phone calls, just go for it. The spirit of Samsung still exist in this one, even though it's a budget tablet. Cheers

Hello everyone ,, and hi again . Im using this tab for 8 months now and though it has its limits its working just good , I dont want to say great , just good ,, . This devis has a small memory for a tab ,, and the ram and processor is kinda not enough for this machine . Im always using this machine for whatsapp and facebook also for internet use , but sometimes when I make phone calls I start to face problems ,, sometimes I lose signal and only I get it back after I restart the tab ,,, and also one time my earphones suddenly dont work so I had to restart again ,,,, I love this devise but seriously thinking of switching to another higher performance device ,,, sorry but this device is limited capability ,,,
