Got the Lollipop update into my Tab 4 8.0. But it was very difficult and messy to open the case, this operation requiring the use of a heavy knife. I've got a sweet-tooth, so I was very anxious. When I finally got the case open, there was no Lollipop inside. What a ripoff.

1. it has no stereo speakers, like T535 but only one on the backside. Stereo is available only through jack. 2. IrDA is not present, also.

Hi I been having a tab 3 8 inch since one years no problem had a problem with the switch to turn it on send it to Samsung and 10 days later that was return fix. Make sure you have a hard case for it I broke my screen when travelling I had a a good cover but that was not a hard case suggest a Otter case. I will buy a tab 4 for replacement with this time a hard case.

Lexi, 20 May 2015Does it support otg?Yes, with the right cable. I first tried it with I lite duty wire cable, but didn't work, then tried it with ano otg cable I had from another tablet and it read off the usb thumb drive.
