But, I'm damn sure you can disable RAM Plus. And talking about One UI, it does take the ROM for the separate beautiful UI other than the Android default UI. Cache is cleared daily on Samsung phones by default. So that's not an issue.

I can't recommend Samsung's displays unless they are AMOLED because of how mediocre they are compared to other brands

Also Samsung UI optimization provide better using experience for Android tablets than any manufaturer.
