How long does it take for you to charge it fully? Isnt it a fast charging device?
Nice Tablet, but a bit big and heavy...Good display and sound. 32GB memory is good.
Best choice between low specs Tab A model and expensive Tab S model...

I have Samsung Multimedia Dock which is adapt well with my samsung note 4 but I don't know why it cannot detect my Samsung galaxy tab a 10.1. Are there anyone encounter this issue?
i'm really considering buying this device (Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1) ... is there any problem with it ? doesn't it has a specific option?
It supports usb otg. Tested also with 3tb portable hardrive without any external power it handles without any issues, just have to format the drive into exfat.

Zsolt, 01 Nov 2016Does it support USB OTG via its USB charger port? Has anyone experience about using external U... moreSame issue, it DOES NOT detect my usb device through OTG like my galaxy note 4 DO, WTH is this !? I've been seaching in few forum for this issue but still not any solution provided!
Well, I've this handed and tested at the Samsung store. I must say this is meeting more than my expectation and satisfaction. You'd definitely love it! From the design, speaker loudness, performance, the screen resolution and size.
It doesn't make you feel big.
I'd choose this compare to the Tab S 2 8.4 or 9,7.
And be frank, I didn't even have the strong feeling to buy when the Tab S 2 launched but the Tab A 2016, yes!
Does it support USB OTG via its USB charger port? Has anyone experience about using external USB pendrive with this model?
Jim, 30 Oct 2016This is relatively low spec, but the most annoying thing is that there is no 8.0 inch version.... morekinda agree with you. looking for 8" pad with s-pen support myself. the note 8 is too old.
This is relatively low spec, but the most annoying thing is that there is no 8.0 inch version.
So, apparently Samsung has abandoned S-Pen for the 8-inch market, assuming that everybody wants to carry a large 10-inch tablet.
