Compulocks' newest Galaxy Enclosure, HyperSpace, is a masterpiece of tamper-proof design, ideal for any retail environment looking to integrate an easy to use Tablet POS Kiosk. Built for Galaxy Tab A 10.1 protection and security, it brings POS accessibility to a new level. As with all Compulocks solutions, it is designed to handle the daily use at restaurants, coffee shops or any large or small retail establishment.
Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 which is 3 years prior to this tablet got even more better specs (larger resolution, dpi density, more sensors etc..), what happened Samsung?? Aside of OS support (which can be easily resolved with Custom ROM) it doesn't seems like a worth replacement of a Note 10.1 2014 which I currently own right now...
I used to have great battery life in my tab a (like 3 days with heavy use) but now since it upgraded to nougat i think battery life is at least 30% worst and now it barely makes 2 days. Does anyone have the same problem?
I have the Samsung Galaxy Tab A6 with S-Pen (SM-P585). The Specs on my tab seems different as mentioned here on this tab with the exact same model: SM-P585. The specs that's different are:
CPU: 1.6GHz Octa Core Processor
RAM: 3GB RAM
DISPLAY: 1920x1200) TFT LCD - Can handle Full HD Playback
Comes with Android 7.0 out of the box.
Anonymous, 06 Jul 2017Is this better than ipad 2017? seems long rather than same size all around. would it be funny ... moreI had this tablet for a few days. The wide format might be nice for movies when holding it horizontally, but it is REALLY awkward when using in vertically for all other tasks.
Otherwise it is quite ok as tablet, but I'm sorry to say this, there is NO competition for iPads. Their smoothness and stability is second to none. Also, detection of accidental touches by resting your hand on the edges is REALLY BAD in comparison to the iPads.
You would buy Androids tablets like this one ONLY because you don't have the money to buy an iPad OR because you have invested too much money in the Play Store and you are "forced" using ONLY Android products.
TeD, 09 Nov 2016I got the 2 GB / 32GB model, cameras is great, speakers great too. Screen huge and wonderful. ... moreWhere did you get the 2GB/32GB model? Specs say, it is either 2GB/16GB or 3GB/32GB.
Bozo, 03 Sep 2017The p version has cellphone capabilityThe t585 also has phone capabilities. The s is for S pen.
Janelle_naz, 04 Sep 2017Please I can't seem to find the sim slot on this phone.
What should I do?The sim slot is under the micro sd slot if you don't have one then you have purchased the samsung galaxy tab a6 t580 rather than the t585 edition.

bachi , 01 Oct 2017Cant remove apk to sd card. i finally figured it out.
please i have only one question:
after the update to nougat do i still have the option to install/move apps to sd card like in marshmallow?
Amazing that 8 of the venerable A53 cores can decode h.265 without lagging, in HD.
Charging speed is more than decent, and even in purely software mode, a full-length episode shoulnd't use more than 8-10% battery.
GPS locks on quite fast... 4g signal reception is good...decent camera.
What strikes me is the GUI is a lot more vanilla than tipical Touchwiz on the Note and S series.
