1. Rapidly press the on/off button about 10 times.
2. Swipe the screen up. A page will appear which says, “Enter Password.”
3. Press the on/off button for a second, and tap on the on-screen power off button.
4. The tablet asks you to enter the password to turn off the tablet. Press the volume down and power on/off buttons simultaneously for 4-6 seconds.

Hey, I’m using this tablet for 9 months and I always take good care of it. But today something went wrong with it. I tried to unlock the tablet but it doesn’t accept the correct password. No one changed the password, even though I’m using the correct password. I tried everything - using findmymobile.samsung.com, hard reset, etc. But nothing worked. I also entered 5 wrong passwords, but it didn’t work. What should I do? Any solutions?

I have used this for about 6 months and It's a really good experiance for 200$. Switched from Ipad air 2 The Bezel is Much thinner.
