Anonymous, 21 Aug 2020After update to one UI 2 the OTG usb does not work.. i updated to one ui 2.0 last night.
And USB OTG (on the go) Flashdrive work perfectly with this tab.
Try to restart your device.. it might help..

Frankly I love it. I gave up my Sony Z4 Tab for this (because I need a tablet which is a notebook size and with stylus). I think for this price range, or EVEN much pricier tablets at this size range - this is the best tablet. Don't get me wrong, best for notetaking, etc. Not for gaming stuff.

I love it, coming from the older model Tab A with S-pen this newer one is miles apart, more refined both outside and the software inside as well as the performance too

Miguelito, 26 Jul 2020I'm quite happy with this tablet, but please be aware that it does not have a proximity s... moreIs not that it doesn't have a proximity sensor (or that it does't work), is that the magnets used for that type of cases (The ones with on/off functionality when opened/closed), interfere with the s pen functionality. I can tell you that because I use to have a Tab A 10.1 with s pen (2016), and bought a folio case with such "wake up" functionality when opening the flap on front, and it would cause the s pen to have a dead zone, right where the magnet would be placed on the case. A perfect circle-shaped dead zone, like the size of a coin. This dead zone would not affect the usability of that portion of the screen, just the s pen sensibility. And this coin-shaped dead zone would go away every time I would remove the aforementioned case.

This has been my primary phone for about 8 months. The only big thing it lacks is a high-quality camera. It has everything else I've always wanted for a daily-use mobile phone. Looking to upgrade if a version ever comes out with a decent camera.

I'm quite happy with this tablet, but please be aware that it does not have a proximity sensor (or maybe it simply doesn't work): you cannot use a cover to automatically turn it on / off; Samsung's Android does have this setting, but it is not available in this device, even after the update to Android 10.

After update any problem?Recommended, but if encounter any problem just back up everything important & factory reset; since it's a major update recommend to do factory reset, mine the battery drain fast after update, once factory reset everything goes normal

Moataz Alsaad, 14 Jan 2020guys ,, what is the best tablet for reading overall ? except kindles Tablets for the Reading purpose i would suggest a tab s5e
if the size is too big, this tablet would be a good choice, note taking, and highlighting with s-pen is overall help me choose this tablet, if performance is the issue take the ipad mini 5, but with all apple downside.

Using as a phone for the past 6 months, very happy with it. I would pay more for a better camera like the Note 8 or similar, but that's my only real gripe about it.
Fast, long battery life, and the S-pen is just awesome at this screen size. Very versatile as a daily driver, so long as your pockets are wide enough to take it with you (as almost all of mine already were).
I look forward to seeing more super-sized Note phones like this from Samsung! This one has been such a fantastic experience so far.
