The SMT295 is a funny tab, it just froze and sublimed all my efforts, lost my cash for no reason. If you know it cant handle up grades on its software why do you make such substandard phones??? Samsung should compensate my tab back, I don't need yo money I want a new tab!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

do not occasionally update the software if there is a notification, because the touch screen function will be damaged, I have happened with 2 tabs

After the android 11 update, now the tab is unusable pretty bad ram optimisation, good choice for media consumption only.
