We already know that Samsung is working on a successor to the Galaxy Tab Active. In fact, the device - dubbed Galaxy Tab Active 2 - has already been certified by the FCC and has also been spotted in benchmark listings.
And now, some more information related to the tablet has been confirmed. According to its user manual (which is now available online), the device will feature Bixby (in the form of Bixby Home, and not Bixby Voice) as well as removable battery.
Other key info revealed by the manual includes the S Pen, fingerprint sensor, and USB Type-C port.
As per GFXBench, the tablet is powered by Exynos 7870 SoC and sports an 8-inch (1280 x 800 pixel) display. It has 3GB RAM and 16GB internal memory, and features an 8MP/5MP camera combo. It runs Android Nougat version 7.1.1.

Another leak regarding the device recently popped-up on Twitter as well, courtesy of a pretty reputable source. Along with what is said to be a render of the device it also mentions IP68 rating, 480 nits of brightness on the panel and apparently, a business marketing focus for the Tab 2 Active. It also reaffirms the presence of an S Pen for the tablet.

I have one. What I want is exactly as I wrote above. Windows as a tablet is useless, the tablet ui just doesn't work seamlessly enough.
