The OS Android version 4.4 of the phone is too low. Also, the internal storage which is 8gb is too low for this kind of big phone (Tablet).

You have to go to settings, go to App manager and pick an app then select move to SD card if SD card I inserted

I required you to expanded the internal storage and Ram which is also 2gb. Why? Because i am using 16gb microsd card but still i didn't get any improvement! It is like the same time. Quick responding will be appreciated thank alot.

Had this tablet since 2015, but this week I have an issue; the tablet freeze while showing a random colour in the screen then a black line in the middle then it restarts, and this again after a few minutes it repeats doing this.

The model i have has 4.4.4 and not 4.4 and it has 1gb ram, not 1.5gb AND all models have 8gb memory, not more.
