My device is the Wi-Fi model. The flickering could be partially mitigated by selecting the "Disable HW overlays" option in developer options.
Also, are you the "ANONYMOUS-" user (39 posts, 3Ya/J7R locations, Galaxy A12 and Tab S6 Lite in profile page) from the previous posts that mentioned this issue? Both you and that user visited service centers and said that their response is that flickering is normal for this model.

Yes, and I think its image retention
After a long usage over time like (meetings )
There's some fade image in the background
Not using the tablet for about 5 mins disappears the background image and theres no issue then

Guys could you help me in this case
So previously I used MS Teams with video for like an hour continous. The device heated a bit(a bit more than normal, but not that hot) and then what I notice is while setting the brightness to highest level and in a grey colour bacground, I could see the icons of the mic speaker and the place where my camera was turned on.
So I let my tab turn off for 5 minutes
Later when I turn it on and had a look
There was no such issue
Could this be image retention, screen burn in, ghosting
What do I do right now, and is this a matter of worrying
PS: warranty is out of date :(

Even when you set the brightness to 100% and open a white page or google
You can feel the screen blinks very slightly
Is this common as well?

Then absolutely the same for me
Set to lowest brightness open google or some white page and scroll down
You can see the screen move a bit
went to the service center
They told this is common for wifi models in my region
When I set my Tab S6 Lite's screen brightness to less than 5% the screen often flickers (It looks like the brightness of the screen is fluctuating slightly for an extremely short amount of time). The flickering is significantly worse at 0% brightness and it seems to be triggered by motion (scrolling, videos, opening apps etc.). Does anyone else have this issue?

I downloaded and installed the January update, just a security patch only with some minor bug fixes as it seems, nothing new. I haven't noticed any improvements in battery life or anything else so far.
After using it for almost 9 months, it gives you a great experience compared to its price. Nice battery life and wonderful Netflix and YouTube experience. The thing I like the most is the akg built in speaker.
Thanks Samsung for affording such a quality for acceptable price bring 10 inch tablet

1) Metal body
2) Wired earphones plug
3) SD card slot
4) Speakers on both sides
5) S-pen in the box and same color as the tablet
But now it's basically 2 years old so I think you will only get 1 more Android update and the processor may be too old now. Really hoping they release a S8 Lite soon with either higher-class processor or high refresh rate.
S7 FE is a good tablet but it's so expensive and it is just 60 Hz as well, though processor is good but still not flagship level, so it makes no sense for me personally.

summit, 31 Dec 2021how is the durability of the tablet? is it still good to be bought than galaxy s7 fe? good screen? Hi yes S6 lite is better than S7e because it has headphone jack and it is half the money screen is good. Better if you buy the S6 lite it is a very nice tablet don't got for S7e.
still waiting for a newer tablet like this one with a decent chipset... i'd buy the s7 fe if it wasn't so expensive and so big
it makes sense that a 300$ tablet running one ui is gonna be somewhat laggy. if you have issues with one ui, its a good idea to switch to lineageos, this tablet is officially supported by lineageos, so things actually work quite well.
