Bought this for a month and taking notes and reading books with it.
And my conclusion is NEVER BUY SAMSUNG gadgets.
Samsung boys have no idea what they are coding.
Black is not black in terms of Samsung. When you choose black in your note pad, it isnt black, it never black. Man it is brown!
And look at the screen! They call it black mode and what I saw is brown.
Where is my black went?
And when you turn on the comfort mode or the blue light filter, look at that, black changed to MUDDY YELLOW !!!!
How hilarious it is !!!!!!
God! How can you people accept this NON SENSE ! ! !

Why oh why change, 06 Jul 2021Just been offered June update including Boot screen change to landscape. Why on earth would I ... moreIt's just cosmetic. They have perhaps done some research and concluded that most people start or restart their Tabs in landscape mode. I know I do. So that would makes sense. I dunno! The update also includes the normal security and optimisation patch, which is certainly worth downloading, so they have just included the cosmetic change in with it.

It pointed me to their website for more details - but the latest update shown on there is the May one.
So what possible benefit is landscape boot?

I guess I would get this update for my tab S7 after a few weeks coz of my location.
However today I did get a June Security Patch update for my Galaxy A71 phone.

Am i the only one thinking on Samsung start looks like Apple in many ways.
I have this tablet and I have the S21 ultra and on my tablet I can't change to Google feed, only Samsung free, on my phone it's allowed... LOL 👎🏻
And that's not the only thing, they act and behave like Apple in many ways... Don't like that.

The boot screen layout has been changed from portrait orientation to landscape orientation. Overall stability of functions improved. Security.

Although I don't think you are understanding what Johny is saying. He quite understandably feels that he too should be given the option like many others in the world to have the choice between the S7 tab and S7 Plus tab and not just be restricted to the S7 tab simply for living in Africa. I don't see the problem with wanting the best if you have the money to choose. The fact that his choice has been restricted is unfair.

Im in medical school and this tablet is used daily and is saving my exams. Can get so much work done on it and can produce amazing notes. Great display, responsive and battery is immense

Samsung galaxy tab s7 is great for gaming like asphalt 9 , call of duty ... great media playback with high quality speakers , well Twitter is optimized in portrait mode only . ( instagram, Facebook and whatsapp need to be optimized ) ... amazing display

Anonymous, 04 Jun 2021I caved, upgrading my Tab S5e to this, I am losing the OLED display but gaining 120Hz, also ga... moreits surprising efficient, drains only when quad speakers is in use . great tablet for playing asphalt 9 game, smash hit, hayday. dragon rise of berk , traffic ride and tiles hope (hard to play among us game on tablet ). screen is brilliant (i use km player to play downloaded videos like movies and its very satisfying) , dex mode is pretty dope to use and works well with many apps but whatsapp need optimization on dex as its works better on standard mode than dex and it got hanged one time only because of whatsapps use on dex mode... premium aluminum frame ,, badass sound from quad speakers by akg ...u really need a 25 watt fast charging only as i am using and also a usb typc headphone sinse no headphone jack ... sure its not as premium as iPad but has improved a lot 🙂

Im also considering mysel... moregreat to be honest, wish the had rgb adjustment on display, but great tablet ... great for playing Asphalt 9 legend (not good for playing amongus ) 120 hrtz and snapdragon chipset works effortlessly
