Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 - user opinions and reviews

Hi guys. I have recently been looking this tablet and it drew my attention. Thinking of selling my current iPad 10.2 and replacing it with Galaxy Tab S7.
I am an average user, my usual requirements are multimedia (so good display and speakers for movies, TV shoes, ms Office), connection for Chromecast, good battery, fast and fluid chipset.
I would appreciate your opinion and some short pros and cons of Tab S7.

Never worked even once since it suddenly stopped working. Even tried it with 3 different chargers to no avail. It'll be at least another week before I can get this thing fixed.

james, 12 Jul 2021this tab is overpriced for its specs. i kinda agree with you regarding price ... with ltps tft screen and no dolby vision support (no 10 bit display) , 15 watt charger in box , its expensive ... but the experience is premium , best android so far after struggle .... despite lack of optimazation on android , its truely brilliant tablet for drawing , playing games , web browsing and movies download, premium build quality is something i feel every morning, and akg tuned speakers are on another level with dolby atmos makes it mor immersive listening experience .... but ipad pro is the best for creators , but expensive as hell and limited customization make it think why so much limitation for such beastly powerful chipset .

It turns out due to power voltage issue the problem happened and inorder to fix it, it would cost her two-third the price of a new phone.
So instead she just bought a new phone!!

Loved this tablet for approximately five months until it suddenly stopped working. I plugged it in at 15% and left it charging for 3 hours, but when I went to unplug it the screen was completely black and unresponsive. I tried holding down the power and volume up/down buttons for extended periods only to yield no results. Has anyone else encountered this problem before? If so, what was the solution? I'd rather not have to pay hundreds of dollars to get it fixed.
Mine was a gift without a warranty so it's depressing that it suddenly stopped working like that.

It also seems that there is quite a confusion in the consumers mind right now, a lot of people are confusing the P11 and the Pad Pro, which are definitely not the same processor wise.
Leading to a false availability of the Pad Pro, advertised by some reviewers as the Pad Pro but being in fact the P11 ...

Bought this for a month and taking notes and reading books with it.
And my conclusion is NEVER BUY SAMSUNG gadgets.
Samsung boys have no idea what they are coding.
Black is not black in terms of Samsung. When you choose black in your note pad, it isnt black, it never black. Man it is brown!
And look at the screen! They call it black mode and what I saw is brown.
Where is my black went?
And when you turn on the comfort mode or the blue light filter, look at that, black changed to MUDDY YELLOW !!!!
How hilarious it is !!!!!!
God! How can you people accept this NON SENSE ! ! !

Why oh why change, 06 Jul 2021Just been offered June update including Boot screen change to landscape. Why on earth would I ... moreIt's just cosmetic. They have perhaps done some research and concluded that most people start or restart their Tabs in landscape mode. I know I do. So that would makes sense. I dunno! The update also includes the normal security and optimisation patch, which is certainly worth downloading, so they have just included the cosmetic change in with it.

It pointed me to their website for more details - but the latest update shown on there is the May one.
So what possible benefit is landscape boot?
