Anonymous, 05 Oct 2024Can anyone tell me how to install Android 11 on Samsung galaxy tab s 10.5Hey, if you want help in that regard go to the XDA forums for this device, I'd recommend having a look at https://xdaforums.com/c/samsung-galaxy-tab-s.3230/ but the basics are that you need Odin, ADB, a windows PC, and the recovery and ROM files after that is when it gets complicated. LineageOS with the LineageOS recovery is what you should go with if you're a beginner.

I have just added a few more years to the device. An upgrade from Android 6 to Android 11

I've had this tablet since launch. The screen is a little toasty due to screen burn-in inherent to AMOLED displays. But it's still a good screen that can compare to some of the 2022 tablets.
It's slow, but still usable, and I've been using it to read ebooks, documents, pdfs, manga, comics, etc. and watch films & videos.
Might try to use LineageOS, but honestly I don't need to yet based on my use case.

You can download android oreo (8.0) for this tablet using Lineage 15. Some people have managed to create a Pie build!
