I was going to say that verizon might have put some sort of restriction on your SIM, try another SIM from a different service provider if you can, or better still, pop in the SIM from your phone and see if that works? Good luck! :-)

I own this product for more than 6 months and I love it. I use use it as my cellphone with a Bluetooth headset. Light, beautiful, long battery life, amazing 10.5 screen, fast, no lag, good camera quality, OTG with plenty functionality, quality build, and much more. It's very useful for productivity, games or movies when u get good apps. I prefer this format on the current 4/3.
My only regrets it doesn't support marshmallow yet, it's not water resistant, a better selfies camera, default wild mode instead of picture, arm cpu without x64 support, only 16g memory,
