Everytime the tablet went wrong, i just open it and move the four wires connecting to the board, just a little movement. Restarts the device, and test if the flash is working, then its ok. If still dont work, maybe its time to sell the tab or give it to me as a christmas gift. Lols
do not buy this crap. it has a battery problem and keep rebooting every time. since the day i bought it, i could never use it properly. I changed battery 3 times and nothing changed. you can buy Z3 tablet compact LTE instead of this device and be happier.
Please advice me I want o buy this Tab but my concern is it easy to get replacement of the screen and if so how much
This Tablet's battery need to be replace after 1-2 years usage. Mine always turned off by itself, i replace the battery in Samsung Service Center. it cost me $23 for the original battery. My 2 years tabs now working like a champ, never had complaint after change the battery. Battery life is good too.

donfafali, 24 May 2016Hello guys, i bought my tab about 5 months ago, and am wondering can the battery be removed. I... moreyou can read on specification about the battery " Non-removable Li-Ion 4900 mAh battery "
What about to get Marshmallow OS to Tab S 8.4? Is there any correct news? Hope to get it very soon!!
I find it quite strange that after all this customer suffering and complaints about flicker reboot, there is no official response from Samsung people, don't they see the feedbacks on this forum and other forums? Problem denial is not good for business.
Hello guys, i bought my tab about 5 months ago, and am wondering can the battery be removed. I have tried to remove the back cover but it doesn't seem to come out. How do i go about it. Thanx.

I am really disappointed. It restarts randomly especially when around 50% battery is left. I understand it's a manufacturing defect. Can't sell it. Robbed of my heard earned money
SOURCE, 01 Mar 2016My Tab S has gotten worse and out of control. Everytime the battery reach 50%, it will keep o... morePlease read my yesterday post. Samsung people do not admit they have a problem with this model. Try to keep a power bank with you to plug the tab in when flicker starts, when at home just plug it to mains or to your PC. I guess flicker reboot will stop immediately. It is a Hardware not software problem as some people think.
My latest finding with the flicker reboot phenomenon:
The deplorable thing is that Samsung service would not admit this defect in at least some if not all units from this model.
I bought this from the US since I used to be a Samsung fan, though I am also an Apple consumer. I thought I bought a flagship...it turned out to be Titanic!
In my latest search and finding this flicker reboot is not OS related, it is simply defective circuitry, may be defective battery system. Can everybody try this:
Connect the unit with power supply whether mains or powerbank, and this nuisance stops, period.
Aren't Samsung service people aware of this?
Anyway I don't care any more. This is the last mobile or tab from Samsung to bd paid for.
