wehewan, 17 Jan 2012in android gingerbread, you can now move apps to SD... go to: Menu->settings->Applica... moreYes but as i've said, if you move some games on SD card, with or without apps2sd, like Shadowgun, only a part of the file is moved. Shadowgun is 600+ mb in size, and when you move it to sd card, the 600 mb 'data file' stays on either system or usb storage.
in android gingerbread, you can now move apps to SD...
then click an app that you want to move to SD card...
there's an option there 'Move to SD card'...
but not all apps can be move to SD card like moxier, adobe flash etc...
joyceee, 16 Jan 2012Guys, im confused between this galaxy w or SE xperia neo v...? kindly enlighten me which one i... moreMe too! I like SE as a brand, but the Design of the Neo V and the colors are a minus for me. It is however 50 euro's cheaper.
I want an iPhone, but the 4S is not so interesting, so i am looking for an Android to wait until the iPhone 5 is out, which has to have much better specs and design than the 4 and 4S.

A lot of people (including me) had to root our phones just to allow us install custom roms that allows us to use sd card as an internal storage. Shadowgun alone consumes like 600+ mb already. Strange, really strange...
There is no Ice Cream Sandwich upgrade for this phone, so consider this if you plan to buy it. samsung is not loyal to the customers so preferably shift to another Brand like sonyEricsson or LG.

Here's what i do, after i download the game, i will go to the Task Manager - Downloaded - select the game - move to SD Card (Try this rather than using apps!)
Infact my USB storage as at now is 71.81MB/1.7GB

Anonymous, 16 Jan 2012What are there to supprise, i have no less than 30 games in my phone, i stored it inside SD Ca... moremost HD games that I try downloading requires huge amount of space on the usb storage. After installing the .apk, (take dead space for example) the game downloads the remaining file after running the game for the first time. It doesn't give me the option to save the remaining file to external sd, but it automatically saves the huge chunk of file on the usb storage instead. If I transfer the game to external sd using apps2sd, it only transfers the file that i installed from the .apk file, not the huge part of the entire game file. This system storage and usb storage thing is really confusing and it annoys me.
