Galaxy W has 512MB RAM and 2GB ROM. Is that mean internal storage 2GB? Somebody pls explain. Thanks
Bzz910, 01 Nov 2011No Gorilla Glass display???No, This phone does not have Gorilla Glass
This phone has terrible and ultra poor call quality, whereas the Neo has awesome call quality, so better go for Neo.
does dis phone have scratch resistant display? nd does it have image stabilizer for camera?
I going to get one soon, is there anyone had use this galaxy w before?? how your experience with it?? satisfy??
Does it have gorilla glass?? and is it important to have it?
To those who have rate: from the feature and spec i can see is much better than many other phone(ace, neo...). but why the rating are so low??
Bought it couple days ago for £250. Its size is just perfect. Feels a bit plastic and does not look as good as high end phones but it offers a lot for that price. Touchwiz 4, flash 11, i am not sure about gorilla display and s-lcd. When it comes to storage it offers 1.07gb system storage, 1.7gb usb storage and 512mb ram.
this phone is awesome dude ... even the s plus is awesome but i need this cell cause this fits the exact budget n 3.7 inches is what i need ... just waiting for it to launch in india
dunno when :S :S :S
Does this phone hv flash player. And what is the cost
and whats its in built memory............
Anonymous, 24 Sep 2011yeah it says so. Im thinking of SE Xperia neo and this galaxy W. I prefer neo but it takes too... moreBoot time doesn't really bother me since I don't turn off my phone on a regular basis. Who does?
Look like I am not the only one choosing between the galaxy W and Neo / Neo V. After all, both have very similar spec and price range.
I would pick Samsung anytime as it has a great track record with their Android phone but the Neo, especially the white Neo V, is too gorgeous to be be ignored.
I wouldn't say Neo will have a better camera than Galaxy W because the original Ace already offer a very good 5MP camera. Just check the samples in GSMarena and I bet you may find it even better than the 8MP snapper in the original Neo.
The camera is a big factor for me so I guess I could wait till I see the samples in the review before I decide.
Oh, and I think it's silly to compare this to Galaxy S / S Plus or the iPhone 4S because this is a midrange. If you don't mind paying more, just go for the higher range. Of course the S Plus is better! Of course it can afford to have a Super AMOLED screen! It also almost cost twice as much!
