Samsung Smart wearables Rumors

Samsung is gearing up to release its latest smartwatch entry with the upcoming Galaxy Watch3. We’ve seen several leaks, including a support page which confirmed its coming in 41mm and 45mm variants in both cellular and non-cellular trims.

Now, we have our first look at the Watch3 series thanks to a listing on South Korea’s NRRA certification agency. The images show both sizes of the upcoming watch and also confirm the model numbers with SM-R840 being the 41mm version while SM-R850 is the larger 45mm model. The new design appears to have slimmer bezels than previous Galaxy Watches and also brings back the physical rotating bezel.

Yesterday we learned that the smaller version of the Watch3 will come with a 1.2-inch screen while the larger 45mm variant will sport a 1.4-inch panel. Both versions will be IP68 rated and will come with 1GB RAM and 8GB onboard storage. On the software side, we're expecting Tizen OS 5.5.

And in my experience i already saw several ruined smartwatches with IP68 rating, ingluding some from Samsung and their smartband too. So no, not enough protection for me. You can have luck with some unit but others fail with that rating. I prefer be ...

I can tell from my experience. Every week spending in swimming pool couple hours at one time. Don't see why there should be some issues with ip68 in swimming pool. Unless someone is professional diver but then there's special devices.
