For those looking for ECG/BP support. Take a look on XDA, there's a great thread about enabling support! Also, if you're in the US, Samsung is enabling without any workarounds

I don't know if gsmarena realize or not there's also SM-R830 that inferior than spec mentioned above. I bought one today and feels disappointed that I got inferior version which is never mentioned here :(

I am very disappointed with Samsung. I bought the Galaxy Active 2 Smartwatch relying on the publicity that both ECG and fall detection would be available in Q1 2020. Today, only a few developments are known, but only in South Korea. The company has not delivered what it promised. I will leave the Android system.

Be aware that Canadian version (bought from Amazon.ca) does not have Stress option in Samsung Health app. Samsung Canada support was not clear in their answers if this is hardware or software limitation.

smart watches with LTE are very useful while travelling for business.
The best way to add nanosim to watch and keeping it small and thin is putting the nanosim inside the watch stripes.

I am in Australia and have a Samsung Galaxy Watch LTE 42mm model. It is first class watch and can do almost anything. It allows me to be independent of my phone if I need to so I can go out and leave my phone behind and still make and receive calls.
