hi buddys im maddy i m proud owner of dis phone from one month i sell my galaxy fit to buy this phone becoz the look of this phone is near to i phone (old) and the slim and sharp shap. ok now im gona tell u all wat was my experience wit dis smarty

web site load fast im even booke tickets from this phone
social networking is awsome supports all apps
camera is good equal to 3 mp
disadwantages...
battery backup is low less than a day on full use
u can improve it by disabling packet data 3g bagriund running apps
low audio sound (normal)
thats it guys
and the exact price is 6700/-
i say go for it but buy a another battery wit it c ya

Hi, i'm from Philippines. The cheapest price of samsung galaxy young i've ever canvassed at malls is Php5,600. The two stores were the "ez text" and "fone style." I was there last Saturday. It can be located at SM North Edsa, The Annex Bldg. :)

[deleted post]@rahulrulezz...actly we root our phone to upload a special program called "su" (consider this as short for superuser, actually it stands for switch user) which allows us to perform "root" operations...
so only rooting ur phone will not allow u to play hd games...
thats why i am asking u hav u rooted ur moble???hav u played hd games like modern combat,asphalt 5,gangster west cost in ur samsung y???

[deleted post]thanx for the info, but it's said here that it lasts up to 850 hrs(2g)? maybe android versions are battery consuming? coz i've got galaxy mini before, and its battery doesn't last that long, too.

How to set a ringtone from sd card when you receive messages?
Answer:
Someone said: just have to copy and paste your own music or audio file to the Samsung Galaxy S5360 phone memory, in the ringtone folder, then you can find the music. But that doesn’t work for text message, it is for voice call ringtone. To make it available for text message, you have to create a folder called “Notifications” on the root of the SD card on your Samsung Galaxy Yi and move your favorite audio files into this folder, then you can see these files when you try to set new tones for text messages on your phone. If you still can’t find the files, try to change the format of the files.
