Sorry but you only yourself to blame as you left it for a year. If I have a fault I could tact them straight away not wait a year.

Same issue of screen not unfolding flat, why this issue in this model after paying an enormous amount of money for it, why cant the customer get a product to live up to its expectations, huge disappointment , had to repair the screen hinge issue afte...
